If a scent isn't right for you, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The bottle must be at least 80% full and in its original packaging.
• Personalized bottles are eligible for exchange only.
• Proof of purchase (your WhatsApp order confirmation) is required.

How To Request

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the fragrance you'd like instead. Once approved we arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch your replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
